“The DeRose Method is a proposal of life style coaching with emphasis on a good quality of life, good manners, good human relations, good culture, good nourishment and physical condition. Some of our tools are breathing re-education, stress management, physical techniques that improve muscular tone and flexibility, procedures to the advancement in relaxation and mental concentration. All of that ultimately aiming at the expansion of lucidity and self-knowledge.” Master DeRose

We belong to a world wide network, which is a part of the International Yôga University, one of the biggest companies of technical Yôga in the world, with more than thirty years of experience.

We have over 50 000 students in the 250 schools spread throughout Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom and Portugal) and North and South America (USA, Brazil, Argentina and Chile).

The Universidade Internacional de Yôga  (International Yôga University, also known as Uni-Yôga) is a gathering of different organisations, such as schools, cultural centres, associations and federations. Uni-Yôga works with the goal of preparing, monitoring and providing advanced training to Yôga instructors, in association with local Universities (it is a non-profitable cultural association).

The professionals that we train and who work in schools and associations accredited by our Method obtain a course certificate (graduate level) issued by acknowledged Universities.

Their certification is evaluated and revalidated annually.  We guarantee that our instructors have the best knowledge of the techniques as well as the excellence of their results.

SwáSthya Yôga, which is a part of DeRose Method, is based on the Tantra and the Sámkhya ancient traditions, from the pre-classical period of Yôga.

It uses knowledge and techniques that are more than 5000 years old. Its proposal is not therapeutic, and its practice is neither mystical nor spiritualist.

Its lineage is naturalistic, technical, sensorial and non-repressive.

Its orthodox Sanskrit designation is Dakshinacharatantrika-Niríshwarasámkhya Yôga.
